There will be a redress when commitments are not met, that the organization will promote an environment of participation in decision making, planning and monitoring of the organizations activities.
The organization and staff will remain truthful to the course and honor its commitments at all times.
We believe that all persons are equal and entitled without discrimination to access their rights as provided for in the law.
We will tolerate one bias – for the poor and minority persons in our course.
Where all staff are supported to improve their knowledge and skills to deliver effectively to the course.
