Our strategies in the implementation of our programs are mainly through collaboration with representatives from the target communities, women groups, youth from the areas of intervention.
The collaboration covers need assessment, identification of the program beneficiaries and the grassroots logistical support during the implementation. WCBO has also cultivated good relations with the community stakeholders and the general beneficiary communities
Public/Private sector partnership is crucial for the effective implementation of programs such as WCBO undertakes. We have also established a good working relationship with the local administration and line ministries.
WCBO since inception has been receiving support from member’s contribution and well-wishers in the running of the organisation activities. But the organisation fundraises from local and international donors.
To improve the quality of life for women, girls and children in underprivileged communities by offering basic education, livelihood training, gender and human rights awareness while incorporating climate resilience and technology for sustainable social and economic empowerment.
